Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a great business who are based in Leeds, who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role will be offering an immediate start and also progression to the successful candidate. The role will be best suited to someone who holds experience within Accounts so that they are able to apply their skills to the position. Our client specialises within the FMCG industry and supply to a number of organisations across the country, they are well known and a great company to work for.

Job Description

As Accounts Assistant, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Administration & Credit control-collating data, completion and submission of monthly claim forms in a time, assistance to approx. 600 schools with resolving queries and support, completion and submission of annual RPA documentation, checking and raising of any credit notes on SMUK, Nottingham catering-Using the online portal to produce weekly invoices, resolve queries and raise credits where necessary, new Account Set Up on all, any other ad hoc duties or tasks that are required by the SM companies, input of MS1 form orders into SMUK SOP system, calculate and communicate retrospective rebates and general administration tasks.

The Successful Applicant

Will be immediately available to join the role or on a reduced notice period

Will hold relevant experience for the role
