Day Concierge


 

Luxury residential development in Chelsea requires an experienced Day Concierge to be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and guests at the development and be the main point of contact for all queries. As a Day Concierge your day-to-day duties may also involve operation of the concierge desk with emphasis on the monitoring of onsite security at all times, ensuring that all guests are announced to residents before being granted access to the development. Duties will include providing a 5-Star customer service to all guests, being the first point of contact for all guests, such as contractors and sub-contractors, reporting any issues to the Property Manager, ensuring the safety and security of the building, and conducting regular site inspections. The Day Concierge should have previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes.
