We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organisational skills, and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing day-to-day operations, optimising warehouse processes, and ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfilment.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and organise daily picking requirements to fulfil the requirements of the production schedule.
- Responsible for quality control.
- Booking domestic and international shipments.
- Arranging collections.
- Chasing couriers and checking courier invoices.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify physical counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy on all company databases and documentation.
- Work closely with other departments in the business to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining a high level of Health & Safety at all times.
Experience / Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Experience in a warehouse lead role.
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.
- Continuous improvement mindset to improve processes.
- Self-motivated, dependable and trustworthy.
- Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Forklift truck licence would be advantageous.
What We Offer
- Annual salary £30,000-£35,000(depending on experience)
