· Mon –Friday 8am-5pm.
· Saturday 8am-11am (1 in 3 only).

Duncan Self Drive Hire – have been providing friendly and affordable car, van and minibus rental services in Wiltshire, since 1969. We have a fantastic fleet of vehicles that grows year on year and we are well respected across Wiltshire by both businesses and customers alike.
Skills:
We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service agent in our Swindon branch who is driven with a can do attitude. You must have a full driving licence (with at least 2 years driving experience) and no more than 6 minor penalty points. You should possess excellent customer service skills and a welcoming personality with a problem solving attitude, be computer literate and able to learn quickly. You should be organised and have the ability to work under pressure.
- Face to a face customer interaction for our vehicle rental process.
- Provide stand out customer service by solving problems and going the extra mile.
- Be organised and prepare paperwork for rentals.
- Check in of vehicles and confirm condition of vehicle on return.
- Preparation of Vehicles before hire and on return.
- Various other admin duties and rental software management as necessary.

· Full-time, weekend hours are billed separately.

Schedule:
- 9 hour shift.
- 3 hours shift Saturday (every second Saturday).
Experience:
- Sales or Car Rental: 1 year (preferred) although not essential as full training will be given.
Licence/Certification:
- Driving licence for at least 2 years.
