Part time Spa & Leisure Receptionist - up to 16 hours per week - £10.42 per hour + commission
Old England Spa, Bowness-On-Windermere, Cumbria
The Old England Spa & Health Club is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Spa & Leisure reception team as a part time receptionist.
The successful candidate/s will be confident and professional, with a passion to deliver excellent service to our members, hotel guests, spa guests and team members.
The role is guest facing. Duties include but are not limited to; Answering the phone & emails, providing information about spa packages, memberships and treatments, booking and up selling spa experiences, memberships and retail, taking payments, performing opening & or closing shift & cleaning duties as per standard operating procedures.
This is a key role within the team as the candidate will also be responsible to arrive guests for their experiences, communicate with the therapy team and leadership team to ensure smooth and safe running of the diary & facility. Cleaning duties and pool tests will be required. A pool responder/life guard qualification is a distinct advantage.
Shifts are 6 to 8 hours - to include a Sat or Sun. Shifts are scheduled between 06:30 - 19:00
Experience in a spa, health club or hotel environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
