Job Responsibilities:As a Labourer at Adapt Flooring, you will play a crucial role in our operations, supporting our skilled flooring professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation of job sites by cleaning, removing existing flooring, and organizing materials.

Carrying and lifting materials, tools, and equipment as required.
Providing support during the installation of various types of flooring, including hardwood ,vinyl, and tile.
Assisting with the measuring, cutting, and shaping of flooring materials to fit designated areas.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following proper procedures and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Previous experience in a labourer or construction-related role is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Basic knowledge of flooring materials, tools, and installation techniques is a plus.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license is beneficial.
