Offering part-time and full-time opportunities available over 7 days per week and with varied start dates through the summer season, these roles can be suitable for everyone*.
Contracts are on a seasonal, and potentially longer-term, basis with competitive hourly rates on offer and staff accommodation included.
On Islay’s famous Whisky Coast, in the fishing village of Port Ellen, overlooking the harbour and marina, The Islay Hotel offers a restaurant and well-stocked whisky bar. Guests can enjoy the unspoilt Scottish coastline and beaches, from 2 minutes' walk away.
We are looking for confident characters to take on this entry level role which involves not only cleaning responsibilities but also based food preparation under the guidance of the Chef brigade.

Role and Experience Required:
- No previous experience required, all training will be provided.
- Must have right to work in the UK
- Must be 18 years old or older
